Some of the team from DiveCentral are sailing "Reflection" to Vanuatu in search of new dive sites for future dive adventures.
Reflection is our new 43foot St Francis sailing Catamaran that we are setting up for extended liveaboard dive charters in exotic locations. She is built for comfort with 4 double berths with ensuites and a large saloon, the cockpit is huge and open with a great cover for shelter from the elements she is fitted out for divers with two new Bauer compressors
Anne, Russell and I have travelled and dive in Vanuatu many times before, however this has been in the usual tourists spots, while the diving is superb we and keen to explre the island between Efate and Santo so will be avoiding the common dive sites.
The plan is to visit Cooks Reef, Tongoa Wall as these have a reputation as great dives sites already. We will also be visiting Epi in search of the Dugongs and Ambrym to see the volcanic activity. However the main part of the mission will be to dive around the Maskalyne Islands at the bottom of Malekula.
